Lovely colour, easy application

I purchased this to decorate my hall, stairs and landings (two stories). I have no windows on my stairs, so wanted to keep the walls light. It is a lovely light beige, warmer in tone than magnolia. The colour on the tin is a true representation of the dried finish. As always with Dulux the paint went on very well, good opacity and looked great after just one coat, although I always do two. Very happy with the end result. I was also lucky to buy it when on offer and make a further saving with a B&Q voucher.

Not walnut but nice!

So if you want your wall to be the colour of a walnut ,this is not the paint for you. It's a really nice contemporary grey colour with red undertones so it's one of those greys that takes on a very slightly lilac tinge in some lights. After a bit of trepidation my son was happy with it in his house , and the quality of paint was good too. Defo need two coats for a nice finish.

Not a warm walnut tone

I bought this paint after searching for a lovely warm tone neutral. The Dulux paint chart shows this to be a warm note, but on the walls it comes out a grey shade. No matter how many coats, it remains grey.

Great

The sample roller is brilliant, makes it so easy to test out multiple shades of paint before deciding which one to go for and safes any hassle with needing a paintbrush as it just rolls on.

A great way to test a colour scheme, or touch up

These things are super handy, it’s expensive to buy paint nowadays so a little tester roller is always handy - however, the best way to use these is to buy them touch up paint! If you paint a wall and it gets marked, it’s a pain to have to get brushes etc out to fix the issue. These little tester rollers are perfect!
