This Pure brilliant white gloss multipurpose paint has been specially designed to give a durable and long-lasting finish on a range of surfaces. Simply apply with a brush or roller and leave for 16-24 hours to dry - a great way to give the surfaces additional protection. Covers up to 18 m² per litre on average.

Great Paint
Really good product. I have painted the exterior windows and door of my property in the highlands of Scotland. I needed proper protection for the wood work against the rain, hail and snow, which Weathershield will deliver.

Good for exterior woodwork with a great finish
You can get a glass like reflective finish with this paint but it must be used properly. It's very runny, so no heavy loading of the brush, and it's designed to be used with a primer/undercoat! One coat of undercoat then one coat of this, keep a wet edge, smooth & light strokes, don't apply too much in an area otherwise it will run. This is probably a product that is actually more suitable for tradesmen.

Don’t bother
So I bought this to paint the frame of my front door. I sanded the woodwork down, and had both white and black paint to cover over. This paint is SO thin that on a second coat it still hasn’t covered the white to a nice finish, it looks awful. I’ve given up covering the black as it’s too time consuming and it looks shocking. You can only put the smallest amount of paint on your brush as it will instantly run off. I love painting and home improvements but I’m So disappointed with this . Off to buy a different paint now

Don’t Use Other Makes!
This is the best gloss I have used. The finish is superb. The quick dry version is no match as I bought that by mistake (tins look similar). The finish, as always, is down to preparation. Lovely paint!

Terrible finish
Really hard to apply and horrible finish. Had to rub down and start again with a water based exterior paint. Waste of money...

Excellent Purchase
Dulux Trade Weathershield Gloss is so much better than any other exterior gloss I have ever used. 'Trade' is obviously used by tradesmen because it is excellent quality.
