The Einhell cordless scarifier GC-SC 18/28 Li-Solo offers wireless freedom in the home green and is recommended for areas up to 200 m². The batteries, chargers and system devices of the PXC series can be flexibly combined with each other. The cordless scarifier is driven by a PurePOWER brushless electric motor, the housing is made of impact-resistant plastic. It can optionally be extended to a 3-in-1 combi unit with fan roller and basket. The ball-bearing roller has 12 rotating blades. The 3-stage working depth adjustment with transport position as well as the foldable and height-adjustable guide beam allow comfortable working. Large wheels also protect the lawn. An 18 V battery is required for operation. Delivery does not include battery or charger.

Great for small gardens
Used to take the moss out of our lawn . It did the job ok. I bought the collector bag as well and I found that to be too small and it didn’t fill up to the top. I was emptying a lot more than anticipated. However the fact it is cordless is a big bonus . Suitable for smaller gardens . Love the fact that our existing batteries from our cordless lawnmower fit the unit .

A useful tool
An excellent tool. It can scarify about 50square meters on one charge of the 2.5Ah Lithium Ion battery that will recharge in a couple of hours. It’s very light and easy to use with no cable or engine. It takes a few passes over to get deeper and the job properly done. I’d highly recommend it for medium sized gardens and as a tool-share with friends or family for the once or twice a year job of getting rid of moss! The compatible basket fills up after about 5m of pushing, so either get a good process going with your wheelie bins and a helper, or be prepared to do a lot of raking up of moss and thatch!
