Not the best
Purchased my first one a few months back, fell apart after about a three weeks, tried the support chat but they kept saying a replacement was being sent out, nothing ever arrived. So in the end I bought another one just because it matched the original one installed when the house was built in 2019 and was easy to pop in. I'm not holding out much hope, but fingers crossed.

This was a very good quality, reasonably priced replacement lock for an external door. Delivered directly from the supplier in just a couple of days.
