Efficient and very well designed

Although a bit tricky to put together, this chandelier is absolutely worth it: the design is miles above anything else on the market and it produces a lot of light: I thought it would be ok for a corridor, actually I'm buying a second one for my living room. I'm desperately looking for more products from that company ('Eulers'? 'Colours'?)

what juca said. I had to cut the fitting holding the drop cable and the earth connection and rebuild it. there were insufficient dangly bits, many glass bits were chipped. made it work but took a lot of effort. not suitable for non-experts. lovely effect when finished, in conjunction with a dimmer.

Nightmare!

I can only describe this light as a nightmare! It really is like trying to put a round peg into a square hole! The glass fittings to attach the lights to the pendant are awful and totally time consuming. You have to bend back the hooks to get them to attach to the light, it's very difficult and it's a delicate operation! They don't supply any spares and given the difficulty of attaching them its so easy to drop and damage! You need the patience of a saint..... And time on your hands too! Terrible design ! It needs re thinking. The actual light itself wasn't too bad to fit and we didn't have the same issues as the others mentioned on their reviews. I'd think twice about buying this light until they rethink the practicalities of assembly for the customer!!!

Nice light

This light looks lovely when its compleated. However it took over 3 hours to put it up, the screw that alows you to lengthen the cable didnt move, seemed like it was glued in, then hanging the droplets on to it, what a stupid design, you have to bend them back to be able to hook them through, very time consuming, some of them where chipped / marked but only discovered this once it was up! overall nice light but A) over priced for the quality B) very fiddly and time consuming to put up / together C) lights are very bright, i would recommend a dimmer switch

Very nice ceiling light......but

we purchased this light as it was really different from the mediocre lights available ( nothing apart fromn this stood out ) unfortunately we had to return the first one due to the fixing that slackens the main cable, it was impossible to release and trying it with a screwdriver would of ripped the fixing apart ( maybe they can supply a tool that fits and wouldnt cause any possible damage ).Secondly, those droplets, we broke one so be careful they are really delicate ( maybe a couple of spares would be useful ) the attachment of the droplets is very time consuming, having to open up the metal hanger to get the droplets to attach to the main rings ( a better design is needed here, the designer needs to re-evaluate his/her career )Apart from the above the 2 hours to get it from electrical connection to the final droplet was well worth it, its very bright ( a dimmer would work well with it ) and it stands out and is commented on everytime someone visits, thats why we're getting a second one for the dining room...the toil is worth it.

Very nice fitting. However, very long winded to construct/assemble. approx time from start to completion 3 hours).

Not the best quality

The light looks lovely but had to return this twice - the first one i purchased had a flaw in the glass bowl surround - the second one i exchanged it for had a fault in the fitting to shorten the electric cable, we were unable to slacken the screw as this was clogged up with glue, needless to say this will also be getting returned (there were also faults on the glass droplets) - i hope we are third time lucky!
