Awful
I don't tend to leave bad reviews, but this product is simply awful. I bought this again after having to replace the previous one which became deformed very quickly due to it being made completely out of cheap plastic. The final straw was when the rod snapped, and so I had to replace it. I couldn't find another like for like, so got this one again, thinking maybe the last one was a bad batch. No, if anything, this one was even worse. The set was so badly made, that the spindle did not fit through the holes - it was simply too wide! The two end pieces would not go on, no matter what I tried. Eventually, after hammering them in, I got them close enough to attempt to place the toilet seat on the bowl, only to find that one of the nuts didn't even have any threading, with which to screw it on - it was completely smooth inside! I can't believe the bad workmanship that the pieces included in a pack don't actually fit together! Can't get my money back, as I didn't think I'd need to keep the receipt - but at least you can keep yours. Stay well clear of this toilet hinge
