Estate Eggshell is a washable, water based satin finish for interior wood and metal. Its soft low-shine finish brings an understated elegance to trim and furniture and is suitable for doors, kitchen cupboards, radiators, and other wood and metalwork throughout the home.

- Instructions for Storage - This product is water based and should be protected from frost and extreme temperatures. We recommend using within 6 months of purchase and are unable to accept responsibility for the deterioration of contents or packaging after this date. This product contains preservatives to protect from spoilage under normal conditions. To minimise contamination and provide maximum shelf life we recommend that the product is decanted into a clean paint kettle before use and all tools are thoroughly cleaned before and after each use. Repeated opening and use can increase the risk of microbial contamination; therefore we recommend keeping this to a minimum to maximise the shelf life of the product.

Gorgeous colour and finish
Hague Blue is a gorgeous colour and Dead Flat goes on like a dream. We have always used Modern Emulsion but decided to give this new finish a go and we love it. It looks wonderful on the walls. We also used School House White in Dead Flat in the same room (but this time on the woodwork) - it really does work beautifully on all surfaces (we did use F&B undercoat on everything first). We love it.

Hague is everything I expected!
It is beautiful, high quality paint. Needed 2-3 coats covering a white surface.

Rich Color

Thin paint
Paint is now thinner, quality has of product has diminished. I’m thinking that you are now targeting the mainstream, selling the product in B&Q etc

Required Many Coats
Poor coverage, took 3-4 coats. Gorgeous color once it got there though!

Late delivery
Late delivery - no good as had to buy this elsewhere as a result of late delivery. Now have an expensive pot of unopened paint which will cost a tenner to return.

Fantastic colour. Lovely to apply. What no one tells you is this very dark estate finish will take over 2 weeks to cure properly.

Class. In a can.
This old door and frame had a lot of prep. It needed it. I gave the door 3 coats. Roller & brush. It gives the house a classier look I think. It was previously quite a light olive colour.
