Modern Eggshell is Farrow & Ball’s toughest interior finish, adding colour and protection to wood, metal, and concrete surfaces. This ultra-durable eggshell is tough enough for floors, and it can also be used throughout the home on skirting, doors, kitchen cabinets, furniture, and radiators.

- Instructions for Storage - This product is water based and should be protected from frost and extreme temperatures. We recommend using within 6 months of purchase and are unable to accept responsibility for the deterioration of contents or packaging after this date. This product contains preservatives to protect from spoilage under normal conditions. To minimise contamination and provide maximum shelf life we recommend that the product is decanted into a clean paint kettle before use and all tools are thoroughly cleaned before and after each use. Repeated opening and use can increase the risk of microbial contamination; therefore we recommend keeping this to a minimum to maximise the shelf life of the product.

Enjoying Wevet's Light Play
We have used Wevet as a base xolour across the house and are very pleased. It looks like a simple pale gray but shifts and changes in different light. Has a depth that other pale gray paints we have used in the past don't. Complements the other colours (greens, orange, blue) used in different parts of the house nicely.

It looks like primer
It looks exactly like drywall sealer and primer. Pretty disappointed in this one.

Buy the sample before deciding on final colour
Having painted the sample in the room I was planning to use it in, i decided that it was not the colour I wanted. However, even the samples are a good quality and lovely to work with. I will always try the sample before making final decision as the colours look different in each room due to the lighting and position in the room/pigments in the paint etc. They are expensive but not as expensive as buying a large pot and finding it doesn't work. I do not like decorating but using these paints, which are lovely to use, is a help in the process. They are thick, cover the area well and hide some imperfections. I have only used them on wall or wood.

Our favourite colour
We’ve used Wevet before and so had no hesitation in using it for our bedroom too. It’s such a lovely soft white.
