Works Well
Replaced one from 15 years ago, much better, the "half" flush actually does what it is supposed to, easy to fit.

Great Replacement
This dual flushing valve was easy to install and was purchased as I was not sure what size outlet was required. As such the flushing mechanism is easy to operate and is quiet in operation. I used silicon around the inlet fill hole to make a proper seal between cistern and rubber otherwise this always seems to weep. Recommended and pleased with the purchase. Will use this product again.

Flushed with success
I bought this for an emergency fit for my 84year old brother who called me in to repair his toilet as he wasn't fit enough it was easy to fit and has a very smooth operation he was dead chuffed with it well done the maker much better than the old siphon.

Simple and easy
I purchased this item on the Saturday and was able to install that day. No problems with product at all and great installation instructions. I'm more accustom to using spread sheets rather than spanners but managed this with no problem at all.

Fluidmaster Dual Flush success.
I purchased this as my previous flush system was beginning to breakdown and I wanted to do my bit for the planet. The items were on the shelf and when I got home set about fitting. In all it took about 2 hours (I was in no rush) worked as the instructions said, I am very pleased with this purchase and the ease of fitting. Would recommend this to update to a dual flush system.

Brilliant for the elderly as operation is so light
Bought this as a replacement for my system and have fitted it easily. Very easy to fit and to adjust height of fill unit and overflow. The only thing to watch is the position of the filler head as the float is quite large and can foul on cistern side. The volume of flush for short or long is easily adjustable and the flush handle can be operated with one finger. Very pleased with the set and would recommend to anyone.

Great Water Saving Gadget
We have used this for four weeks and the controlled flush is saving at least 5 litres of water whenever a light flush is required. Installing was fairly easy but there were some difficulties due to existing parts being corroded. So, some practical skills may be needed to resolve them. I watched a UTube video beforehand, which helped but the system they showed was all new. But don't be put off! Just research it, do it when the shops open in case you need new parts and allow plenty of time. Installed it is a brilliant product.
