The wrong trousers
We simply needed the button on the top to put a working unit back in action. What a pity there is so much inconsistency in the assembled Flush Button units. We are sure they are great and easy to fit where there is easy access but get real manufacturers we just needed the chrome button sporting a 5mm square hole to make the job a good un. Please show a Split View of the components on the packaging so even if we have to buy a whole unit to split down to one component we don’t have to take pot luck. Needless to say we returned the unit and still have the problem to resolve. Goodness knows how much time and other costs are involved BandQ please keep a box full of miscellaneous buttons if you can or pictures of the components and dimensions of such units.

Good replacement flush button
After trying various fittings which did not match the flush cable connector the Fluidmaster button was the correct size
