Easy change
Faced with having to take out my close coupled cistern to cure a leaking flapper I called into my local B&Q and they had them in stock at £5 .. Took 2 minutes to change

The Flapper With-out The Flap !!
As a replacement item, I would expect it to do what it is designed for. It does and is so easily fitted in less than 5 minutes. My original flapper had been in use for about 6 years and when the new one arrived, I could see why the original had begun to fail as it had become less flexible and cone shaped instead of flat which allowed the water to seep passed the flap. My flapper is back to doing what I want it to. Saving me water and keeping my water bill down. Drip-less perfection. Well pleased !!!

Simple to fit
I replaced a standard flush with a flapper valve about 10 years ago. After all this time it finally started to let water by. Replacing it was very simple and quick, much easier than repairing/replacing a standard flush. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Spare part
I bought the part so that I can replace the existing one when it fails. My local store does not keep this as a replacement part only the whole unit.

Dodgy transport!
I arranged to collect 3 Fluidmaster replacement flappers from a store 18 miles away, to coincide with a visit to the dentist. When we arrived staff were very helpful, but one of the flappers had been badly damaged in transit. as we seldom visit that branch we decided it was easier to only take 2 flappers and cancel the other. Staff attitude 10 out of 10. Care with transport 3 out of 10.

Cheaper than replacing the whole inners
Component part of internal working of toilet cistern - rest of mechanism fine so just wanted this bit

Fluidmaster Flapper
Unfortunately replacing the flapper din not stop the leak and I resorted to replacing the whole unit for a conventional syphonic flush unit

A great replacement flap.
The fluidmaster flap flush I'd fitted over 5 years ago started leaking a wee while ago and needed replacing. Checked online and B&Q was the cheapest by quite a bit. It takes only a couple of minutes to replace thevflap and leak sorted. The new flap is a little larger in diameter but fits and works perfectly. All in all a great price for a very good flapper.
