First instances are not good
Do not understand thermostat operation. Got it set at 30 C. Goes up to 30C and cuts out. Cuts back in at 26 C and goes uo to 30C again. Brilliant apart from the fact the room temp is only 18C .

Poorly executed
Fire images are fairly realistic. However, there are some aspects that show how poorly this product has been developed. The worst is that you cannot get rid of the sound without "Mute" appearing in big letters on the screen. Why would you want "Mute" to appear in the middle of your fire!? Also, the video of the fire is on a loop; at the end of the loop the image freezes for a second before restarting. It completely ruins the effect. The screen is quite reflective as you can see in the photo. The remote control does not operate the heater, and when you do turn it on, the fan is very noisy. Overall, I regret this purchase and would not recommend it.

Good heat output, attractive fire.
Remote control does not turn fire on and off, only sets different scenes on front fire. Very disappointing. Does not mention this in product information. This is why I have given a one star for ease of use, as bought for my elderly mum with mobility problems. Also complained to manufacturer.
