Great electric fire
Well what can I say, great looking fire, well made,you have a choice of three depths of fitting. Easy to install, plug and play. Stone affect is really ace but could do with maybe six more stones. I found the fan not noisey heater fanatic well worth the money. Would recommend this fire.

Display ok, however fan very noisy so got a refund.

Remote control disappointing
The fire is attractive but as it was purchased for my elderly father because of the remote control as he cannot get down to the switches it is disappointing that the remote control only works on the display. It is useless because he is unable to turn the heat on or off without assistance. We could have saved the money and purchased the manual version,

Sound Effects
Love it so realistic especially in the dark. The heater is quiet too not like my old heater. Worth the money as I do use it.
