Will be Complaining!
I have paid for a fire (online) that does not look like the picture. The picture shows a 3D effect which is what mad me buy it. ! Well that is not what I have received. Where the picture shows a kind of charcoal black all round inner framed front resting under brass then black outer it is in fact the same colour as the outer - flat dull black. Also be aware that the top appears to slope gently out but no its flat and where at the top again appears to rest on the 'charcoal colour well because it is dull black it does not stand out. It disappears and so has no obvious 3D effect . I can't afford to have it removed now that its been put in but never again! BTW it has been installed correctly.
