Not Happy
Signed for one large red box this morning was very disappointed when it was opened to find the wood surround and hearth missing and a loose fire, open bag of bits and chipped laminate panel. Have been told missing parts should be here on Monday or Tuesday, hopefully all other bits are okay?

rubbish value for money
I got this fire for starters it a flat pack the wood is cheap and cracks very easily does not fit together very well, then u have cut the laminate with no help in instructions just a guide then you have the drill the laminate to fit of back.of surround with no guide and wood cracks when screwed into.place. A very poor product for the price

Pleased
I am extremely pleased with fire suite and think it is very good value for money. I am just a bit disappointed that they are not on show in some bigger stores for us to see.
