I love this fire, but it’s become very noisy

I’ve owned this a little over a year and even without heat on it makes this constant annoying noise. It appears from these reviews that I’m not the only one with this problem. So CAN SOMEONE FROM B&Q PLEASE COMMENT on this and let us know how this can be fixed / resolved? Winter is around the corner and I don’t want a switched off fire as the focal point of my front room
I look forward to your response B&Q

Absolutely love this fire fits perfectly in my livingroom and in the space I needed it to go warms up the room in minutes as I only pop it on in a morning. The sticker on the front of it was a nightmare to get off but got there eventually it's not the most quietist of fires but it looks amazing warms up the room when on does its job i have mine free standing mine is more for show than use as I use my central heating a lot more but handy you just plug it in and away it goes the small remote that comes with it kind of picks and chooses when to work but if you can't be bothered messing around with that then the buttons are also on the fire itself
