Wheels fell off
With a load of around 40kg on slightly bumpy ground both rear wheels fell off. Customer service was good and I received a full refund.

Wouldn't rebuy
Bought for Glastonbury and I didn't weigh our stuff but I'm pretty sure it collectively did not weigh over 100kg. One of the front wheels snapped off 15 mins into the queue so had to carefully drag it along. And then on the way back to the car at the end of the festival (with a much lighter load) a second wheel snapped off. This was one of the pricier trolleys I looked at and I don't think it was worth the money.

Useful product for the price
I needed a means of transporting reasonably small but heavy items at a trade show, where security/HSE restrictions were tight. The trolley proved extremely useful and as it could be folded and carried in through security, I was allowed to do so, where others with bigger trolleys and sack trucks were prevented.

Broke on first use!
Looked sturdy and managed one trip from car to camping ground but not long after setting off on the second trip a wheel broke off from the frame. It wasn’t overloaded either. Had to carry our stuff by hand to where we were camping and when we come back we’ll have to do 3 trips! What should have been 10 minutes will be an hour! Not impressed especially when I saw people with cheaper trolleys have no problems!

Haven't used it yet, but it looks sturdy & big enough for our festival chairs / blanket / umbrella, food & drink.
