Awful to change the bulbs
Had the light for a year no issues, but now we have had to change the bulbs it is terrible, the tool is useless and the pegs have broken off so probably won't be able to get the shades back on. The designer wants sacking and the developer of the tool needs to follow. Would not buy and most likely will have to change what we have

Stay Away
This is honestly the worst light ive ever installed and I've bought a few from b n q, the tool provided to tighten the coller for the glass is horrendous and just shreds, the collers themselves are near impossible to screw perfectly on the threads! Getting a position to screw in the last screw into the base of the light was infuriating diur to the design of the lamps! honestly save your sanity and buy a different light or be prepared for hours of rage

Looks nice, but putting it together.............!
Fitted in a bedroom it gives a very bright light. Electrical connections all fine but when I came to put the glass shades on... Well, I consider myself pretty competent at stuff like this but getting the cheap aluminium collars on the thread with the daft plastic tool supplied was a nightmare - poor design or just cheap. Solved by lubricating it lightly and taking a couple of breaks to let my blood cool a little.

Disappointing.
Found this item impossible to put together with the ridiculous plastic tool they give you to screw the collar on the lamps! Wasted a complete evening on the 5 lamp, 3 lamp and 2 wall lights. Had to go back to the store to get it sorted by a very helpful B &Q employee. OK now, but would not buy again. Be warned.

Nice style
the light is just what we wanted but you do advertise it as a six lamp it only was 5 lamps. Delivery was very good
