Basic Product
15 pounds doesn’t buy you much. I was disappointed with the quality and finish of this shelf. The weight rating is pretty low. Perhaps I should know by now, you get what you pay for.

Mauvaise conception
J'ai acheté et installé cet article chez moi hier (en 2 exemplaires). Rien à dire sur le design. Par contre je vais devoir aller acheter des équerres pour obtenir un angle droit entre mes étagères et le mur, car même sans poids, l'étagère penche. Sur la notice, il est indiqué 10kg max, on est plus de l'ordre de 100g max a mon avis. Si comme moi vous souhaitez poser des objets sur cette étagère sans que l'objet tombe, je vous conseille de la compléter avec des équerres. @castorama, comment ce produit peut-il être en vente alors qu'il ne remplit pas sa fonction (étagères= planche horizontale sur laquelle on peut poser des objets)?

Does what its supposed to do...if you fit it right
Good buy. Bought two for my dining room wall. As long as you fit them right they're fine. Look good and do what they are supposed to do. Cant imagine they would hold anything too heavy but for general "Shelving2 duties, they're great...

Floating shelf
Bought these as could not get usual ones I buy looked good in advert but when I was installing them found the arms of the bracket go less than half way in the shelf so most of the shelf is unsaported at front will not buy again

DON’T BUY
Completely useless. You get what you pay for. Bought in store on impulse, got home put shelf up then on read the INSIDE OF THE LEAFLET “Max capacity 5kg for plaster board wall”. Internal metal frame is cheap and flimsy. Unless you specifically want a floating shelf to storage your abundance of feathers do not buy.

Rubbish, cheap hollow wood. Always leaning forward. Any thing you put on shelf, will fall forward. Do not buy.

This product is functional and works.
Contrary to other reviews I would like to say these shelves work fine. Install the right way up and carefully, and they sit flat to the wall. They are suited to decorative items - if you try to put much heavy stuff (books, crockery) on they are going to sag. I used 8mm wall/rawlplugs to fit, but these were a little on the large side for the brackets so I would suggest perhaps going one size down. Good value for money for what they are, but if you want a robust load-bearing shelf you do need to pay more.

Lovely Floating Shelf
Really pleased with our new shelf. Was relatively easy to put up and is lightweight (great for us as we have plasterboard walls). Would recommend!
