Very Poor-Quality Product/Packaging and Flippant C
I love the idea of this product, however… This product is packaged poorly and consequently arrived in very poor condition. Additionally, the chipboard at the back of the units does not extend all the way round the back panel resulting in the veneer collapsing in and breaking off as shown in the pictures. (I could have included dozens if there wasn’t an upload limit!) When I asked customer services for an email address so that I could highlight this specific issue I was told not to bother because it would not be looked at; and that the issue lay with a third-party manufacturer in China and various carriers as B&Q do not handle the product directly. When I pointed out that it is B&Q’s reputation at stake, not a third-party manufacturer, I received the telephone equivalent of a shoulder shrug. Awaiting second set of exchanges, not hopeful!
