Why has this website not been upgraded, the sizes are wrong , the whole website needs a very much needed upgrade, forever loosing my patience with the quality of this annoying laid out website

Not compatible with old B&Q shelving system
I went to the store today to buy some extra brackets. Unfortunately, B&Q have changed them and the new ones are not compatible with the old uprights they used to sell. I asked staff and they were aware of the change but not whether they were compatible. The quality of the brackets in the new system is also obviously poorer. Will be returning to store to get a refund. The new system should have been made backward compatible, not a very sustainable or customer focused move from B&Q here.

Takes longer to peel off the label than to fix the bracket to a shelf - stupid! DON'T BUY

J'ai installé ce produit dans un garage amenagé en cellier le problème ;il n'existe pas dans le magasin de jonction large entre 2 étagères

Bon produit
Belle qualité, de la peinture également. En effet l’adhesif des etiquettes est incroyablement puissant. La seule façon de les enlever c’est de chauffer les consoles. Au four à 85 degrés, elles deviennent du coup très faciles à enlever.

Stickers
They seem to do the job, easy to latch into the vertical bars. Big problem though was the bar code stickers. They were plasticised on the back and front with paper between. Difficult to remove first layer which tore revealing the paper, then used hot water to remove this, then the layer on bracket left a sticky residue behind. Tried white spirit, then hot water then my wife said try nail polish remover - this did the trick and after a lot of rubbing they are all (9) clean and looking good. Thanks wife! Why would you spoil a good product this way? Ironically the vertical bars did not have any stickers at all. Big Q at checkout while the price and item was checked over the phone.
