Unbelievable Value.
I have to say this cooker hood is remarkable value, especially when you compare it to a similar model from a German kitchen appliance manufacturer, which works in exactly the same way but retails for just under one thousand pounds. I searched high & low for a cooker hood with auto sensing and only found two models able to sense not just heat but also cooking smells of which this is one of them. The hood itself is good quality and looks very stylish with it's LED touch controls and LED light bar, which can be dimmed. I find it extracts very well (ours vents outside) and operation couldn't be more simple as once you switch it on, as long as you have it configured to run automatically, it will do just that, switching on the fan when it first senses heat, steam and/or cooking smells and then varying the fan speed as it sees fit. The current kitchen air quality is identified by a colour changing sensor symbol on the front panel and current fan speed shown on the display from A0 to A5, dependent on what you're cooking and the amount of heat/steam/smoke generated. As cooking smells, heat or steam starts to disipate, the fan speed will gradually reduce until it switches off, although this may have only been set as high as A2 or A3 if you're not generating much heat/steam/smoke. Just leave it running when you have finished cooking and it will sense when to switch off. It really is set and forget but you can operate it manually if you wish, although I am not sure why you would want to do so. Do remember to calibrate the sensor before first use, so do read the manual!

très efficace, relativement silencieuse, son système auto qui augmente ou diminue l'aspiration en fonction des fumées fonctionne très bien. sa fonction horloge qui arrête la hotte 5 mn après la fin de cuisson est une bonne idée .
