• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. • Do not immerse the luminaire in water or any other liquid. • Keep out the reach of children. • Except the batteries, no other part of this product can be replaced. In the event of damage (shape, light source, cable/wire, etc.), the product should be disposed of. • The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
• The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person. • Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult. • Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged. • Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Batteries are to be removed from the product before to be disposed of.
• Batteries are to be removed from the product if not used during an extended period of time.
• In the event of leaks happen on the batteries, and some liquid (electrolyte) touches the skin, clean immediately with water and soap or neutralize with sweet acid, like lemon juice or vinegar. If the liquid enters in contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clear water during 10 minutes, then consult a doctor.
