Different colours
I bought these taps, and they turned out to be different colours. One was "cold" silver and the other "chromed" silver. The return policy is so absurd that I need to find time to make it to a shop in order to return an online purchase, and that is if it falls within the right type of product.

Not good enough
We were having our bathroom redecorated and decided on the GoodHome Brean Pillar Taps for the Bath and the Basin and B & Q had both sets of taps in store. However, when we got the taps home we found that the high pressure inserts for the bath tap (which were essential) were not in the box. I returned the taps and B & Q refunded my money. I tried to get the taps from B & Q online only to find that they were out of stock so I had to return the basin taps too.

Black dots showing around edge of taps
These taps are less than a year old and showing black dots around edges. I'm very disappointed in the quality and not sure how to go about replacing. The taps would be very difficult to remove myself to flag quality control on product.
