GREAT QUALITY
I read the small amount of reviews and they don't match my experience. I installed the switch but wasn't sure my led bulbs were dimmable. I could use the switch and dim the bulbs to a point. However, the switch did buzz and that was annoying and concerning. I checked my bulb purchase and discovered they were non-dimmable. I purchased dimmable bulbs and not only did the buzzing completely disappear, but the bulbs also dim consistently. I can only assume the previous reviews were made by people who had non-dimmable bulbs.

These dimmer switches buzzed and flashed with my LED lights, then I used a different brand with same specification. The manager said that if I show it buzzed by a video and removed them he would give me a credit note as I had no boxes but they were faulty. I paid a handyman to switch them again. I then told them it doesn’t work with LED and she told the manager I said ‘the electrician said’ I bought the wrong one’ and then claimed I was wrong for using a handyman to remove them. I lost a lots of money having them changed twice due to these faulty switches and wasted my time. Be careful and read reviews which all say the same. They added insult to injury by telling me to come back and not keeping their word. I live in a different area and they told me to come in twice in vain

Needs improvement
Sometimes needing pressed several times for it to switch on, so i replaced it with a normal switch. Wouldn’t buy again.

Avoid - makes buzzing sound
Bought a few packs, and they all make a buzzing sound. My electrIcian said it is due to a fault in the switches.

Terrible.
Lowest setting is not very dim. As level is raised, light level rises initially and then falls again. Large control unit wouldn’t fit into existing box. Loud buzzing when on. Avoid.
