was easy to install and is much better than my old taps. higher handles make it easier for elderly mother to use.

It isn't a mistake
Just fitted these straight forward enough, everyone complaining about them rotating in different directions, it's a safety feature to hopefully stop children and even blind people from getting burnt.

parts missing
Brought these home and went to fit them to find the 'label' for the cold tap was missing. Hoping B and Q can supply one rather than having to travel 50 miles to replace the whole thing!

Avoid
Hot tap washer disintergrated and came out of the tap whilst my wife was using it and tap head came off after 3rd time of using the bath. Plumber replaced the washer but it dribbles for about a minute after the tap is turned off. So rubbish quality and really annoyed.

HOT TAP TURNS WRONG WAY
The taps look really nice on our Victorian-style basin but the hot tap turns the wrong way. Very annoying!!!!

Awkard
The taps turn wrong ways/at odds and at different ways again to the bath tap version of these. Made on the cheap. Steer clear.

Exactly as expected, great value. One of the taps doesn’t turn the rotation you expect, but you just get used to it.

Nice looking taps but.
Just fitted these taps. Pleased with the look and finish of them and like the quarter turn but weird the way one tap turns clockwise to turn on and the other anti clockwise. I realise that if these taps had lever type handles then it would seem right for both handles to turn inwards towards centre meaning one clockwise and one anti clockwise but with star type handles seems strange. Hope this makes sense.
