• Any type of soil - Well drained
• Dig soil improver in to the soil. Dig a hole twice as big as the pot, remove the pot from the rootball and place in the hole, ensuring the top of the plant roots is level with the soil surface. Backfill soil around the roots and water well
• Apply a general purpose fertiliser in late winter followed by a mulch of soil improver to suppress weeds, provide nutrients, improve soil conditions and conserve moisture
