Late and issues with grey finish with no support
I ordered this product in Sept, 1 month late on delivery and micro white marks showing white

Pleasantly Suprised
I was very sceptical on buying these due to some of the bad reviews but I went for it and I'm so glad I did. Delivery was great, well packaged and arrived when first stated. Foam packers on window and doors. Couldn't be easier to install, went in a treat and for the price, very good quality. Yale lock on door and nice good quality hinges. Easily adjustable so cant understand the other reviews, maybe they were not confident on what they were doing.

Not as described
Delivery took 7 weeks, not 21 days. Doors are npt grey, they are grey on white (internal profile is white, external is grey). Have advised b&q of the misleading listing, they have neglected to update it.

handle only on the left hand side of the door
I bought this door last month. The delivery took nearly a month and it came in pieces so had to assemble the glass into the frame. Unfortunately the door has handles only on one side, so you can't enter from both sides. The right side has to be unlock on the top as well, as on the bottom and it's a shame it is not shown on the picture, as otherwise I wouldn't buy this door.
