Excellent for the money
Was dubious about purchasing a cheap off the peg size unit from B & Q but seeing as I was doing a make up job on an outbuilding window it made sense to not spend too much. Replaced a window that was virtually falling to pieces. Quality is good, packers included, couple of scuffs either from manufacture or delivery but not too fussed personally, it may be of concern if it were going in the main dwelling. For £230 with trickle vents and 2 openers it's absolutely sterling value for money - £100 less than elsewhere for the same spec unit. Crystal Windows (manufacturer) were fine to deal with and delivered on time with no issue.

Arrived with damage and covered in dirt.
One of the glass fixing strips and clearly been fitted and removed before as there was damage/dents in it where a tool had been used to remove it. Also an end cap for the window vent was missing. Random tears in the protective plastic coating where it had been mishandled. Also it looked like it was sat outside because it was covered in dirt.
