Excellent Quality and Finish
I required a replacement unit for my garage window. Because of the low price on offer I did not have great expectations in regards to quality or finish of this product. How wrong was I. Delivery was on target, only drawback I was short of the vents which should have arrived taped to the frame, but these were sent onto me once Crystal Direct were notified. I am a very satisfied customer and would whole heartedly recommend this product. Thank you Crystal Direct and B&Q for making the task so trouble free.
