this product is not fit for purpose
been fitted 2 weeks i am 15 stone and considered to be strong i cannot pull up the shower knob with dry hands. my family have no chance of operating it. a simple tapered cap would solve the problem, a cross bar would be even better

Changing temperature
I tried this mixer tap for week and it is nightmare. Tap is ok, but water from shower head keeps changing temperature. It can scald and freeze you at same settings. Very hard to set right water temperature.
