Paper thin and translucent, no idea what the cost of a good shower curtain should be.

What can you expect for the price!
Bought to replace a much dearer one that let water pass through it! Being PVC, this is completely waterproof but the bottom of the curtain is not weighted, so when you start to run hot water, the bottom of the curtain moves across and sticks to your legs.
