I'm sorry, but you did ask ....
This paint has caused me several problems. I tried to apply it with a roller but it seemed very thick and was pulling off almost as fast as I could apply it. Eventually I had to thin it quite a bit to get it onto the wall and then needed to apply several coats. The same was true of applying it around the edges using a paint brush. It doesn't seem to want to flow at all. I have much experience of decorating over the years and sadly, this is the worst emulsion paint that I have ever used. I later tried applying it to another wall using a Harris paint pad. The result was the same. The paint seemed to dry very quickly as I was applying it, leaving rough patches that needed to be sanded when dry. I bought 3 tubs ... I'm hoping that I can return at least one of them 'cos I'm now committed to that colour ... I don't feel that I can start all over again with different paint.

Does the job
I used this paint in my living room, hall and kitchen and it’s really good paint, sometimes it is thin at first but after a really good mix it’s fine, this was only the case with one of the 2.5L the rest were fine. I’m going to use it again it’s definitely worth the savings.

Great colour & coverage
Has good coverage, goes on the wall easily with a brush and or roller. White with a slight blue hue - effective and looks good in natural light

Great coverage
We bought this paint to cover the walls of our conservatory. It’s a lovely pale colour which looks great and seems to reflect the light. We only applied one coated and it was very effective at covering the magnolia beneath.

Not the same as the sample pot at all
I brought a sample pot of this paint and really liked it so went ahead and got it I decided to just so the cutting in etc and realised very quickly it is not the same one bit. I already have white walls and it was no different. I spoke to B&Q and explained I had opened the pot and used some but it isn't the same and they have said to bring into store. Now I'm on the hunt for anouther colour and really hope I find the one I want really disappointed with this but glad I hadn't used much of the paint I would recommend doing a small patch test with the main paint before painting walls or you could be left very disappointed!

Tough and durable
I didn’t buy the sample pot. I looked at the sample in the store as I wanted an off white for my living room. Excellent coverage and as I live with young children I need to be able to clean dirty marks off the wall which I can do with this paint without scrubbing the paint off too.

Not the same colour as the sample pot
I liked the colour of the sample pot, more of a peachy clay cream. But the actual paint we got wasn't the same colour. We only figured this out after we had painted the whole room because I was so disappointed with the colour and thought I had picked a bad colour. But when I tested the 5L tub against the sample pot colour I realised it was actually a problem with the paint colour. So now we are stuck with a lemony cream colour room which I hate. :( paint quality itself was pretty good thus the 3 stars but make sure you take a bit of time to check the actual tub of paint against the sample before painting all your walls

Not the colour it looks in the shop
I thought this would be a creamy type colour, a classy toned down magnolia let's say. It's more white than anything so alot lighter than I'd have liked. I'd recommend getting a sample to use on a wall before deciding on it. I also had a tub which was the exact product according to staff but the old design packaging. It must've been stood around for a while as it was quite lumpy and has a skin film in it despite mixing well.
