Really easy to apply

We used this to up-cycle an old tv cabinet from the big blue furniture store. It was really easy to apply, no primer or undercoat needed. I'd say use a brush rather than a roller as the paint seemed to take better. One thing to remember stir the tin REALLY well

Does what it states

Really decent paint that goes in easily and dries Pretty quickly.

Versatile

Was not convinced chalk paint would stay looking good on a pvc front door for long so looked for an alternative. Glad I did, apart from this paint being the perfect shade of gray, it is though too, it has been 7 months and not a single chip or signs of peeling, still looks like the day I first painted it. Other bonuses are that it had little to no smell and dried very quickly with no brush marks, almost looks sprayed on. Going to stop buying gloss paint for the woodwork around the house and only get this product, will be much more durable so better value for money.

Rusty tin

Arrived in an rusty old tin can't believe someone would allow a product to leave the warehouse like that no quality control

Great colour and paint

Bought this for a wood wall to match the same colour on the plastered walls. Went on really well and easily, the wood had been prepped beforehand which will have helped with the application of the paint. I ended up painting my radiator too to blend into the wall and it looks great, overall really happy with this paint and will buy again

Worst paint ever

I have never come across a paint with such an absence of adhesion. On a wooden surface primed with well dried emulsion it went into streaks and separated. I had to clean it off. Fortunately it was returned without demur by B&Q. I suppose the ridiculous names they have given the various shades should have been a clue. Pity I didn't take a photo.

Great product for bath room tiles

were tarting up our bath and have gone for a grey/mustard theme. We have a plain white tiled bathroom but with a multi blue mosaic boarder and really wanted to change it but at a low cost. Found this range and brought 3 tester pots in a mid grey, dark grey and a metallic. It has taken me a good few hours painting each individual tile but very pleased with the look. Dried very quickly to. Only slight problem was the metallic one needed 2 coats and after painting hundreds of little squares i did enjoy having to do it a second time. Cost me a total of £9 and still half left in each tin .

Simple makeover

Bought this paint last month to paint my kitchen units. Bit nervous after reading the reviews but it was very easy to apply ( I used a roller ) Gave them 2 coats and they look amazing Been done a month and so far no chips or scratches

Wow - so easy and great finish

I have just used this to up-cycle a mirror and TV cabinet. Used on TV cabinet without the need for any prep and it looks great. Had to sand the mirror lightly as that was varnished but fantastic result on both.

Highly recommended for kitchen cabinets!

I have read some bad reviews about this paint but I am so glad I tried it anyway. This stuff is amazing! It goes on nice and smooth, not too watery like other paints I have tried. No undercoat needed, no brush strokes. A little goes a long way. I guess it’s all in the prep. I thoroughly cleaned and sanded my oak cabinets before painting.
