Excellent Product
Its a lovely item, easy to use with a slight disability, the flow is perfect, easy to install, always very shiny and doesnt show any sign of corrosion. Would purchase again if required somewhere else.

Plug
Nice looking, good waterflow, easy to install. The tricky bit was fitting the plug setup and a bit fiddly especially when adjustments to the plug needed. The connector that raises and drops the plug could have been capped nicer in line with the tap design. The plug also does not sit level when raised. This is due to the raising bar being much smaller width than the hole in plug system. Price was good, although on offer at the time

Nice set of taps
Nice set of taps, finish feels good taps open and close with a nice feel. Nothing negative to say at this point, cant comment on longevity as they are a recent purchase

Misleading shop display and box
Very attractive traditional styled tap which is what drew me to purchase in the first place. However, once unboxed, realised that it does not have an individual pop up waste system. It is a cheap and flimsy stick at the rear of the tap which then in turn pushes up the plug, or rather, it doesn't really. Purchased a separate waste system immediately prior to fitting as could see it would fail very quickly. My plumber even stated that he couldn't believe I had bought this tap as it is of an inferior quality. Style over substance regrettably. Looks great but operationally isn't. The shop and box themselves are misleading as the stick system is not displayed anywhere. I would not have purchased otherwise. The flow rate is decent from it and with the waste adjustment I am now happy with it, albeit I had to spend extra money.
