Carex is a superb grass-like plant that is valued for its brightly coloured foliage. As an evergreen, it provides your garden with interest all year round and looks great in to borders, beds and containers. This fantastic little plant works well on its own, or as a contrast to other foliage or flowering plants
- Suitable for any well drained position in Sunny or shady areas
- Any type of soil - Well drained

- Dig soil improver in to the soil. Dig a hole twice as big as the pot, remove the pot from the rootball and place in the hole, ensuring the top of the plant roots is level with the soil surface. Backfill soil around the roots and water well
- Feed with a general purpose fertiliser during the growing season and if necessary, lift and divide over-large clumps in early spring
