GoodHome Glitter Effect paint is perfect for feature walls and children's bedrooms, offering a stylish subtle shimmer with a wipeable finish.

- Suitable for use on Wall & ceilings
- Surface Preparation - New plaster or plasterboard should be sealed with a plaster sealer. For non-powdery surfaces or to cover contrasting colours, prepare with a walls and ceilings primer. Painted surfaces should be sanded, clean and dry. Fill any holes or defects with filler. When sanding, wear a face mask to avoid dust inhalation
- Instructions for Use - Pour the glitter into the paint and mix thoroughly. Stir regularly during use. You can use a brush or roller, when the temperature is between 10°C and 30°C. Best used within 48 hours of adding the glitter. For best results, apply 2 coats leaving 4 hours in between coats
- Instructions for Storage - Store any leftover paint between 5 and 30°C. Best used within 48 hours of adding the glitter

Sakai glitter paint
Paint was more expensive than the regular emulsion of the same colour. Painted 2 walls with regular and 2 with glitter paint. They are indistinguishable! Plenty of glitter stirred in for the second coat as instructed yet no glitter effect visible. Painted another coat still no glitter visible on the walls. Wiping up the odd drip showed plenty of glitter on the clean up cloth Disappointing result as daughter had used the same paint but different colour with good results Paint gave pretty good coverage - similar to the regular emulsion

Perfect shimmer
I've bought this paint before in grey so I knew what to expect. Great coverage, and it has a lovely shimmer to it when the light catches it. Overall, I was happy with my purchase.

Pink Paint with Glitter Sachet
My wife bought this as I think she thought it was really going to sparkle. But is basically a sachet of silver glitter which you have to stir into the paint. To accommodate the small bag of glitter the paint tub is only about 2/3rds full with an additional plastic lining. Glitter effect was negligible - wish I had saved money (and got more paint?) and just bought the standard Sakai emulsion.

Lovely silvery glitter paint
Firstly for all those asking, the glitter in this is silver colour. The tub is quite deceptive as it is only part filled with space for a packet of glitter on top of the paint. I was after a more obvious sparkly effect so I did buy an extra 2 packets of silver glitter from the paint counter to add in as well, so I can't comment on whether the sachet provided was enough. The tub was enough for 2 very generous coats on a 6 and half foot wide wall, and I added all three packs of glitter to the leftover paint before painting the top coat. This is a pic of the wall just as I finished painting, but I suspect it will dry a slightly lighter colour. You can see some sparkle but as others have suggested I will go over the dry wall with a scourer to bring it out more. Overall easy to use, love the colour but still question the value for just one wall of paint.

Briliant
I got this as I’m very girly and fancied a sparkly wall, My decorator did it today and it looks amazing. It’s pinker than it looks. So bit darker than desired but definitely perfect as a shimmer paint very impressed 💞
