This flooring is absolutely awful, it has all fallen apart within 12 months and now I have to replace the whole floor. AVOID, I can't stress this enough, when I purchased it had mixed reviews I wish I hadn't.
Do not buy.

Very, very difficult to cut to fit round corners. I've fitted B&Q laminate flooring in the past. This material is so much more difficult to cut.

I had some reservations when buying this due to all the bad reviews. I went to store to look at it and liked the finishing. I only needed 5 packs. I used the recommended underlay. All my 5 packs were perfect, no chipped tiles. Installing it was really easy! Following the instructions I have started in the left corner as I walk in the room. To click the tiles simple let them sit on top of each other, ensure the grooves are clean and gently hammer. I used a tea towel and normal hammer has I have no rubber hammer. Could hear it click and see the joints really tight. I have cut the tiles when I needed with a fine saw. A lot of work but they are good material and did not sheer or peeled. I even used an old tile nipper for adjustments around the doors and it was really easy and again the tiles did not sheer. Let's see how they age. This was my first time doing a click vinyl floor and I am not a professional and still managed to do it!

Fitted well and looked good for about 3months. 12months on, it's horrendous, cracks and split along all of the joints were the click system simple isn't robust enough. Avoid at all costs.
