- Only hand tighten the flexible hose connections to the tap body. Tighten hose nuts to the home water connections using a correct wrench. Do not over-tighten, twist or fold the flexible hoses during installation. If in doubt consult relevant technical expertise

the product looked great
the product looked great but started to leak where the black hose is. This isnt cheap so disappointed as only bought it in January. Have asked for a replacement but concerened we may end up with the same issue.

Completely different colour
Tap seems to be good quality but the colour on the website and the box are completely different to the tap.. nightmare as needed urgently but doesn’t match kitchen

Easy to install
I bought this product today as I'm changing the style of my kitchen, some reviews on here state the colour isn't correct, but If you copper it won't be! It clearly states "Bronze" so with that cleared up, it's a great looking classic style functional tap with shower or tap option and great water pressure, along with the tap I bought x2 SPEEDFIT BRASS PUSH-FIT ADAPTING MALE CYLINDER COUPLER 15MM X ½" and then you can install straight away. It has nice mechanism and looks fantastic and it's just been reduced too

Tap leaks and misleading colour
The tap leaks where the black rubber is connected. We tried to add tape but the water seeps through. Search for copper taps but this tap is not copper...so misleading photo on box. Waiting a replacement.

Great product, misleading photo
This tap is fantastic functionally, powerful with two tap modes with is great! Although if you're planning on a copper kitchen, this will reeeally bother you! The image looks copper as does the image on the box, but it's brass/bronze as stated in the caption. There's not two versions either, so no copper one available.

Great product.
Amazing quality and very good looking. Only issue is the colour in the picture doesn't match what it is in reality. The pictures show a copper/bronze finish where as in reality its more of a brass/gold finish. I have mentioned this to B&Q customer service. Likelihood of them actually changing the marketing material = 0%
