ITEM DOES NOT COME WITH A PLUG
WARNING! This item does not come with a plug, the wire ends with three individual copper wires sticking out where the plug should be. Instructions specify the unit must be connected to an RCB unit with a 3AMP fuse. Make sure you have an RCB compatible connection BEFORE ordering otherwise you have to spend loads on an electrician like I did.

Can’t fit screws
I couldn’t fit the tiny screws in the top bracket for the covers that hide the vent pipe. I have very large hands and while trying to hold the covers in place I just could not fit the screws, my head was hard against the ceiling. Does the person who designs these items ever try to install them?
