This GoodHome Furniture Varnish has a low odour, quick-drying formulation that provides a long lasting, medium oak satin finish and highlights the natural woodgrain.

- Suitable for Wood
- Surface Preparation - Prepare the surface by removing any previous coatings and loose, flaking or peeling coatings completely. For bare wood lightly sand to remove any loose fibres. Use a cloth dampened with white spirit to remove any dirt, dust or grease.
- Instructions for Use - Apply evenly in the direction of the wood grain using a brush.

Check colour before
Apply few layers to get darker. colour not exactly as on packaging (less orange).Easy to use

I brought this product just after Xmas. It’s a good varnish a little lighter than what we thought though.

Bare wood varnish.
The colour was exactly right and the instructions for three coats, fours hours apart were easy to follow but I did rather hope for a smoother finish which would have resulted from a thicker product. Otherwise quite satisfied.

Great varnish.
Yes it’s green in the tin but if you apply it correctly it will not look green on wood.

Well it's definitely not medium oak. What a waste of time and money this has cost me. The varnish is green and looks awful
