DO NOT BUY THIS DOOR
DO NOT BUY THIS DOOR unless the door lock, door handle and door hinges are also included with the door for the price stated. The B&Q online photos of this and other similar doors in the range all show the door handle and lock (but not the hinges which are of a special type). But only for some of the doors, does the B&Q description words mention the door handle and lock. The door I purchased was delivered without any of these and despite contacting the manager at the providing shop (BECKTON) and writing to B&Q Help Line and Head Office, nobody at B&Q cares or wants to understand and resolve. To make matters worse the handle PZ is a non-standard 85mm, which makes own sourcing of a handle a nightmare as the required door handle and lock are not included on the B&Q web site inventory as separate purchasable items. Similarly for the hinges so I have had to manufacture my own hinges from 4mm steel bar. I have had enough so will be passing my details to WHICH member helpline in the hope WHICH can get this matter resolved.
