This dwarf agapanthus loves a sunny site and will make an impact to your garden whatever the size. If you don't have much space, you can grow it in a container, which also creates a great focal point. The rounded heads of beautiful blue flowers emerge on stems, adding a lovely contrast to the deep green strappy leaves

• Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. In cold areas mulch for winter protection in Sunny areas
• Any type of soil - Well drained
• Flowering period - Summer
• Dig soil improver in to the soil. Dig a hole twice as big as the pot, remove the pot from the rootball and place in the hole, ensuring the top of the plant roots is level with the soil surface. Backfill soil around the roots and water well
• Apply a balanced liquid fertiliser in early autumn, ease back on the watering and feeding of plants in containers to allow the foliage to toughen up. In cold, exposed areas protect the crown of the plant with a deep, winter mulch
