I bought these for my kitchen floor. Despite thorough preparation of the concrete floor, including cleaning and sealing well with PVA, they barely stuck. Particularly coming up at the edges. I have had to purchase an adhesive to fix them down properly. If there is even the slightest lump, bump or dip in your floor this problem appears to be extenuated.
Furthermore, the backing paper does not come off cleanly, making this stage difficult as you peel dozens of bits of small paper off the back whilst getting the adhesive all over your fingers....
The one saving grace is that they are relatively inexpensive and do look the part once down.

Rather than on the floor, I installed it on the wall to get a concrete look. Used adhesive to hold the tiles upright on the wall.
Super easy to use

I have just finished reflooring my kitchen with these. Went well over the existing tile, easy to cut to size and looks fab. If I were to do it again I think I'd use spacers when fitting and grout the gaps for a more authentic look.
Easy to fit, looks great

I used this over previous vinyl tiles in my kitchen. It was really easy to measure, cut and stick down, no additional adhesive needed. I’m really pleased with the results and this was my first DIY project!

needed cheap floor replacement, i laid a new ply subfloor, then sanded with 40 grit to rough up the ply for a key and to smooth the joins, because of other reviews, i actually got the spray adhesive too. so after sanding i hoovered and damp wiped the wood to get it as clean as possible then used spray adhesive to help seal the wood and add a bit more tack (sprayed as i laid each tile and waited 5min). worked a treat tiles went down rock solid, tried to lift on back up, near impossible. Really nice to work with too, cutting straight lines you only need one score then it will snap on the line if you bend it. One word of warning, its really smooth in socks. under £100 all in with sub-floor, glues, screws, sealants, tiles, cant argue with that.
