Solid replacement draw
I purchased this as a replacement draw for a cupboard from another major retailer which had failed after 12 years. This draw is more solid and easier to fit than the one I replaced and I expect it to have a long life.

Excellent design, great quality
Integrates extremely well with the base unit in a fabulously flexible array of combinations, and yet is easy to build and install, and really good quality. Even better, you can combine with any drawer front you want (of the right size), not just a B & Q one. All fittings other than the front are included. But I wouldn't recommend installing in any other base unit or in any way other than the ways it's designed for. Also suggest you read the instructions (which are in pictures not English!) a couple of times before starting if you are not experienced in these builds.

Excellent soft close drawers
These drawers are super easy to put together and very solid once built. Good range of adjustment to get them sitting flush and square. Excellent soft close mechanism. Really impressed with the quality and price.

Availability and logistics poor
Used 1 drawer and needed to add a second inyo Used 1 drawer and needed a second. Went to my local store in Derby to order 1m wide, deep drawer. Not held in store so told I could order one but delivery was 2 months or store in Leigh which had 8 in stock. I was in Warrington the following day so extented my journey all the way to Leigh to be told none in stock. Handheld confirmed none in stock but PC app which Derby had used showed 8 in stock! Wasted journey and I have to wait 2 months for delivery :(

Poor and over engineered and over complicated
As of today I have had enough of B and Q. The Pi bracket that hold the facia is overly compilated and made of soft aluminium. It broke whilst fixing ( and I am a time served joiner). What gets me the the total lack of support. No spares. Only advice was buy another. Not good enough B and Q. Today you lost a customer for good.

Excellent quality at a good price
I bought three drawers, one deep and two standard, to replace one shelf in a 60 cm base unit in the kitchen of a new-build home. (Drawer units were not available as an option by the builder.) What a transformation. The build quality and style are excellent. The price is very good.
