Beautiful but was hard work to begin with

I had my eye on this for maybe a year before I picked it up. When I got it there was resent reviews that weren’t great that made me nervous. I’m not a stranger to putting down flooring or using bnq flooring. At the start fitting this was a mess and I thought the flooring was a dud! I almost gave up and was upset. I found the flooring wouldn’t join and would have to keep redoing pieces over and over. I spent the money and had my heart set on this floor because it looked stunning in person. I gave up and restarted the next day. It went down extremely easy once you know how. It takes time and patience, if yourself a day or two if you feel frustrated. It’s not perfect I have one part I messed up but I don’t regret buying it.
Pros: looks stunning! If you are looking for something natural with grey and brown tones it’s perfect.
Cons: It takes time to get it right. You May have to restart pieces till you get it down right. It chips very easy with ive never had to deal with before but it’s not noice but it’s probably on 1/3 of my boards.
Would buy again and am picking up this for my bedroom this month.

Ignore the reviews saying it is hard to fit.
The technique is to start with the tongue away from you.
Then when inserting the tongue into the next board, tilt the board up 90 degrees. Butt it up with the board on the left and click down.
It will go in with very little persuasion.
On occasions I forgot to employ this technique and it was a nightmare to fit!

This was a nightmare to lay, the boards were bevelled making it murder to get tongue and groove linked together, 3 lengths on and aboard would pop 3 lengths away. I have done a few floors over the years and this was by far the worse. It was pulled up and put down I don’t know how many times, plus all the grit goes between the grooves of the boards - utter rubbish , the only redeeming thing about it was it was the right colour but I give it a year and I’ll be lifting it. Don’t know if it’s how it was stored but both ends turned up

Lovely colour and really great quality. Isn’t 100% flat and plastic looking, it has slight texture to it which makes it seem more like real wood. I’m very pleased.
Good finish but doesn't always fit together well

I have laid lots of laminate in the past and this does give a nice finish in the end. I cannot give it 5 stars as it is the most difficult and unreliable to clip together I have come across- smaller pieces I have glued to make sure they stay together. It can chip quite easily at the edges compared to previous B&Q laminate I have fitted.
