Simple locking mechanism, very light weight but seems to be very strong and will fit most types of applicators.

GoodHome telescopic pole
I ordered this one last month. When I first used it painting my hallway I notice that they gave me the wrong pole and I couldn't return it now that I've already used it for decorating.

This product is great
Wowser why haven't I bought one of these before !!! sure you still need a step ladder and brush around fittings and edges but totally adjustable so rolling the whole ceiling from the floor halves your working time and loading your roller standing up halves your back ache !! An absolute must for pro or diyer 👍👍

Much better than expected
Expected this to snap and not be very strong. Managed to stretch to the limit and paint effectively.
