Difficult geometry
We bought these brackets to use along with the 'Square edge Knotty pine Furniture board, (L)0.8m (W)200mm (T)18mm'. It's quite easy to get screws into the lower hole, but gaining access to the hole behind the diagonal support is quite difficult. We had to buy a specific ratchet tool in the end.

Ok, but not perfect
They seem ok, so if you are only putting one shelf up and using just 2 of them they will be ok, however if you are putting up a long shelf that need about 4 or 5 then they are not identical so make sure you mark up each shelf bracket individually and don’t assume they are all the same I pained mine, so was easy

Mission Impossible To Fit
Like other reviewers, it was only when we went to.put these up that we realised it's impossible to screw in the top mounting screw as the corner brace is right in the way. We stunt tested with very short screw drivers and even with our socket set for sideways access but there's just not enough room even so. The only solution is to drive the screw in at an angle, risking poor fixing and also almost guaranteeing the bracket not being level. We're taking our pair back for a refund and having a rethink!!!

Great product, it fits in really well with are flat and easy tut up and good quality.

Nice but could be improved a tad...
Does what it need to do and looks great with the hardwood shelving bought with. Docked one star due to the price and only being sold individually. Would be nice to have a pair in a pack price. £8 each is a bit steep for what it is but as i say, it does the job and looks fine. The screw position behind the support is a bit fiddly to access as well but hey-ho.

Fantastic shelf brackets
I bought these brackets because they are far better than the ones I got with the shelves, garbage flimsy things that they are, they fit perfectly in the middle of each shelf and support it perfectly as well.

Does the job
Pretty basic design and quality but they do the job. Didn’t want heavy shelves due to not going into solid wall. Tricky to get the second screw in due to design but you can take the support out to get better purchase.
