GoodHome Tough & Durable Matt Emulsion is suitable for use on any wood & metal surfaces, but it's ideal for use on the walls and ceilings of high traffic areas in your home, because of its covering power and highly resistant formulation.

- Suitable for use on Multi-surfaces
- Surface Preparation - New plaster or plasterboard should be sealed with a plaster sealer. For non-powdery surfaces or to cover contrasting colours, prepare with a walls and ceilings primer. Painted surfaces should be sanded, clean and dry. Fill any holes or defects with filler. When sanding, wear a face mask to avoid dust inhalation. Before painting on bare wood or metal use a suitable primer. Painted glossy surfaces should be sanded thoroughly
- Instructions for Use - Stir gently before use. Apply using a brush or roller, when the temperature is between 10°C and 30°C. For best results, apply 2 coats leaving up to 4 hours between coats
- Instructions for Storage - Store any leftover paint between 5 and 30°C. Best used within 1 year of opening

- This GoodHome Tough & Durable matt paint has a stain resistant finish and is extremely hard wearing for longer lasting colour. It is washable, scrubbable and repels liquids so splashes can be wiped off with ease, keeping your painted surfaces looking new for longer.

Very thick
Beautiful colour once on the walls but hard to work with. Very thick paint which I found harder to apply . But once onto decided coat it was fine , Beautiful once dry .. I pared it with the colour cancun from B&Q range . For 3 walls I used just over 1 tub of paint with 2 coats

Tough and durable paint
I bought the tough and durable paint in the colour Ballina. It covered really nicely and the finish was perfect! Unfortunately after 2 coats I realised it wasn’t the same colour it was on the label. It was much greener so unfortunately I had to return it and get a colour mixed up! But if the shade had been correct I would have said well worth the money great paint!

Lovely finish
Beautiful finish , depending on cover may take 3rd coat covered a very dark blue beautifully, quite thin compared to dulux which may be why extra needed to cover but I loved the shade

Wish if of read reviews
False economy as need at least three tubs to do the job of one living room ,so works out more expensive than competitors, really bad paint Walls primed, sealed, paint goes on ok I quite like the consistency looked OK wet. Next day absolutely awful streaky, chalky finish juts not good in my opinion. Waste of my money . Will not be buying good home again unfortunately Back to dulux

Fantastic paint!
Took a punt on this because I loved the colour and wanted something similar in my living room but reading the reviews I was hesitant. It took three coats to cover my white walls but it went on easy and I was able to blend the edges and details which I applied with a small brush with the walls which I applied with a roller. Love it!

Good value product
Painted over a darker shade, two coats of application and its perfectly covered. The colour is lovely, when it is wet it's a lot paler so you have to trust the process! Easy to apply, multiple coats to be expected but it's great value.

Surprising good paint
Bought this with a little trepidation due to the hit and miss reviews. I'm a plasterer by trade and when I've been asked (and done) decorating I always go for dulux trade paint. But the Mrs loved this colour. Excellent coverage with 2 coats. Not at all patchy. Really happy with the results.

Love the colour and the coverage. Yes I was painting a white wall but it couldnt have done a better a job.
