All different widths
Our builders said this product should be outlawed. We had 52 square meters to lay and all the packets had different width woods in - a difference of up to 5mm which made laying the floor extremely time consuming. The wood looks lovely but for the price the quality of the cutting should be better.

Lovey floor and very happy with it
It’s only been down two days but it’s beautiful when down. Absolutely over the moon. Had two professional joiners fit the floor with no issues at all and they said the quality was as good as any other wood flooring, great offer compared to other places . Down just in time for my newborn arriving .

Lovely looking floor when looked great
I brought this oak flooring last month and I read the reviews some weren't great and some were OK so I took a chance and followed the instructions in the packs and the floor looks great as a retired builder I did it my self and was quite easy I would definitely buy this oak flooring again highly recommend.

Worst floor ever seen
Buble all the time,sort in one room then bubles in next one! Avoid this flooring. Very disapontment.

Disappointing product, won’t buy again
Purchased because it’s 15mm solid oak and ok for the price. The disappointment happened upon unpacking, there is misleadingly only ONE 1200mm long piece, which is cleverly packed on the top. Pack also contained 4 x 700mm, 10 x 600mm and 4 x 500mm

Awful quality - bows within first year of fitting
This is very low quality wood. I bought this in 2021 and the flooring bows every summer and it happened from the first summer after it was fitted. I had the carpenter that fitted it come back to check it several times - there is a sizeable gap underneath all skirting, he also used all the correct underlay and membrane so it is nothing to do with the fitting. The bowing is enormous - see the picture and video I attached. Its actually even worse than it appears in them. It is so embarrassing when guests come over and is a danger to my family. To make it worse, Ciaran from the Executive Support team refuses to acknowledge responsibility for it and take any quick action to remediate this and encouraged me to report it to the ombudsman rather than help me. Awful service, awful product, awful company. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
